You can absolutely DIY this for less. The stand design is available for free, and you can put together your own display setup. But if you’d rather skip sourcing the parts and installing the LED button, this package takes care of that for you.

It’s an original DRL Racer4s with its original hardware, paired with a display stand, a compatible power supply, and an installed LED color-change button. Set it on a shelf, desk, or workbench, plug it in, and enjoy the lights.

You’re paying for the drone, the included accessories, and the convenience of having the display setup prepared before it ships.

What’s Included

• Original DRL Racer4s with its original hardware, including the proprietary receiver and video transmitter.
• A display stand made from my freely available stand design.
• A compatible power supply for powering the display from a wall outlet.
• An installed LED color-change button so you can cycle through the available colors without opening the drone.

A Display Package, Not a Ready-to-Fly Setup

This package is intended for displaying the drone. The original proprietary DRL receiver and video transmitter remain installed, but I do not currently know of a practical way to use them with conventional FPV equipment. Their inclusion should not be taken to mean you can bind your radio or connect your goggles and fly.

If you decide to convert the drone for flight, you can add a compatible receiver and video transmitter, or pursue an HDZero conversion. Those modifications require additional hardware, installation, and configuration. We’ll provide video guidance covering the conversion options.

Video & OSD Limitations

In its original configuration, the drone does not provide a working Betaflight on-screen display. The original camera provides a basic camera-based overlay, which is separate from Betaflight’s OSD.

An HDZero conversion is a separate upgrade with its own hardware and firmware requirements; it is not included in this package.

Condition & Pre-Shipment Testing

This is a previously used DRL drone, so cosmetic wear may be present.

Before shipment, each display package is powered on to confirm that:

• The LEDs illuminate.
• The installed button cycles through the LED colors.

This is a display-function check, not a flight test. The original receiver and video transmitter are not verified for use with consumer equipment.
